Hello Jaffy! Please introduce yourself and your team to our readers?

Each member of SisterHood has been playing CS from between 3 and 7 years. Most of the girls have played with each other before, for many years, so it was simple to get to know each other and get the teamwork going. We formed at the beginning of 2007, as a kind of new years resolution to give the UK scene a decent and dedicated female team - something that's never actually happened before... they've all fallen apart for one reason or another. We didn't really consider ESWC till a lot later on, just concentrating on making our mark on UK leagues and tournaments.

Could you give us a quick run down on the players and what you like about each one?
We have Hbee, who is our awping queen (and clan mother)
Vorny, her little sister who has an amazing aim (probably because she's so much younger than the rest of us with killer reactions :P).
Sugarism is our mega fragger, she just gets stuck in and does the job with a sick aim.
JennaBabe keeps us all cool and collected, shes reliable and a strong player in every situation and then there's me (Jaffy), who is cursed with being the caller (lol).
With a total of 12 teams battling out for in the French qualifiers this year what are your feelings on the UK women scene at this point?
I wish we had the number of teams that France do, that’s a great achievement for France as a whole, and we are all very impressed by the commitment of the French girls. All we can do in the UK is carry on, promote the fact that girls do play games, and hope that girls get more enthusiastic for CS, and gaming as a whole - not just on pink Playstations!
Congratulations on being invited to represent the UK at the ESWC finals! How excited are you about going to Paris?
Words cannot describe. I think this is the first time that a UK team has been able to provide the dedication that’s needed and expected to be able to compete reasonably at the ESWC, before there's been a lack of understanding by some as to how much work needs to be put in. We're just incredibly grateful that our hard work has been recognised and are happy that we can make a serious attempt to help the UK look less bad than it always does (not just in the female scene.. I think the UK is renowned for being a bit rubbish in the men’s scene too :P)
I bet it has been hard work, lots of ups and downs?
Ohhh yes. Put a bunch of stressed girls together for 6 months and the result certainly isn’t pretty.
Do you feel the team has grown stronger or weaker after Scan NFF?
Far stronger. SCAN was a test for us, to see if we could all just get on and enjoy ourselves - we did. :D
For the first event as SH was the main focus on getting to know each other rather than the results?
Definitely - add that to the fact that the SCAN tournament featured some really high calibre teams, our group featured two that I would consider top 16 UK.
Are you nervous about the competition, and who is your biggest rival?
Hmmm rivals… I like to think we haven't made any enemies in CS, as such... but I would love to have a crack any teams outside of Europe; because it's the only chance you get to play them on a level playing field (lovely LAN pings and reg!) Overall though, we're certainly not nervous. It can't be as bad as the UK has done before, so we're not as concerned about drastic failure as we might otherwise be.
What do you hope for the future of sisterhood?
We have some big news to release soon, which I can't actually disclose yet, and our future is most definitely interlinked with that.
So I guess you'll just have to watch this space!
Awesome! Thanks for taking the time to chat, we wish you the best of luck at the finals and hope to see more of you in the future! Finally closing with any shoutouts to people who have helped you along the way?
Massive shoutout to IG.priv, who're always there when we've needed anything... along with to ExumE, madSpunk, reddy and fooKi :D and to sharon vincent.
